Party Contract | Private Party Contract

Our party room is available anytime during studio hours. All Pottery Café parties include 1 ½ hours in the party room, unlimited colors, paints and brushes, and final glazing and firing. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, paper goods and birthday cake. No ice cream please!

Pottery Café’s paints and glazes are all non-toxic, wash out of clothes, and are dishwasher safe. Don’t forget to order a special party plate for the birthday boy/girl. The plate can be autographed by your guest during the party. Party plates are $25- $30.

Tipping the party assistant is appreciated.

Your date and time are reserved with a $25 deposit. A party hostess will be assigned to assist and instruct painters during the entire party, clean up and do all the work!

The host can designate pieces to be painted at the party. Party shelves include items for $12, $14, $16. At the time of the party, you pay for the pieces your guest paint. There is a $125 minimum. Please refer to the party contract for additional details.

Our studio is available for use before/after regular hours for large parties or events.

This is a great choice if you want to host a baby shower, bridal shower, family reunion, graduation party, MOPS, church groups or just get together with a group of friends.

Our paints are all non-toxic, wash out of clothes, and are dishwasher safe after firing. Party pieces will be ready in one week.

We recommend that you book your party and pick out what your guest will paint at least two weeks in advance. Your date and time are reserved with a $25 non-refundable party fee.

Each hour is $25. $5 fee for each non-painter. A party assistant will be assigned to assist during the entire party.

Paints, glazes and firing is included with each piece of pottery. Food and drinks are welcome and may be catered into the studio.
